Daal Band’s Interview with Tajrobeh Magazine
August 1, 2018
What is your greatest ambition?
[The complete response is not fully legible, but the members discuss their ambition to have Daal’s music recognized nationwide and to continue the band’s professional journey.]
How have you adapted to working collectively as a band? What does collaborating with one another mean to you?
[The response focuses on friendship, companionship, mutual support among the band members, and the division of responsibilities. The exact wording cannot be recovered because of the image’s low resolution.]
Do you accept the term “fusion music”?
[The response begins by suggesting that “fusion music” is neither an entirely accurate nor appropriate label for describing the band’s music.]
You said that you pursue three goals in music. What are they?
“Quality, enjoyment, and experience. I believe these are the three things we seek. Quality must be present in every aspect of the work: production, lyrics, music, and performance. The experience should also be enjoyable for both us and our audience, while offering something new in music.”
